Puppy Love

I don't have much to blog about this post. This weekend was spent resting and laying low, something we haven't done in a long time! So, I will leave you with some pictures of puppies and flowers. 

Tomorrow will be one full week with our newest member Chaco. We have learned that he is spunky, sweet, cuddly, and impossible to wake when he is napping. Oh, and that he tinkles every 6 seconds. We have started his leash training and he is doing great; he can only walk for about ten minutes, then needs a four hour nap. He couldn't even make it inside, he just face plants into the grass. 

He LOVES playing with Nelly, even when she wants to rest he is nipping at her. I keep telling Nelly it is payback for what she did to Honey and Ace (my family dogs) when she was a pup. She nagged them 24/7!

This is what you can see when you look outside my back door at any given time. They love playing in the little jungle of a backyard!

Last week was the first hot week here. We spent the majority of it outside sweating, watching the summer plants bloom, and trying to potty train Chaco. We filled our home with flowers this weekend. My two favorites- peonies and hydrangeas. We took some pictures, it really warms the house up with some good smelling and good looking flowers! So much so we thought we would throw Chaco up on the coffee table and do a photo shoot.
