Pure Barre

This weekend Kenny is on an away mission to do a funeral in Atlantic City. It was last minute, we had plans to go to NYC for the weekend, but alas duty calls. So for me that means lots of Say Yes to the Dress, painting my nails, too much puppy time and lots of Pure Barre. Before Kenny left he did a little flower mission for me and really outdid himself. It feels so summery in here!

Also, here will be my shameless plug for Pure Barre. Before I got married this is the workout I did in the Pure Barre studio in Homewood. It is awesome! I have done lots of workout things like running and spinning and Zumba and all those classes, this is by far the hardest thing. Unfortunately there is no studio up here so I have so some videos and a ball and I get my mat out every day and lift tone and burn! All this to say, you should try it. If you live in Birmingham, go to a studio and if you live in Virginia borrow one of my videos. You won't regret it!

It is such a hard workout, he has to take quite the nap after our little class in the living room.
